Click & Frame helps leaders, founders, educators, artists, researchers, and subject-matter experts share their ideas in a clear, natural, and engaging way. YOUR VOICE, CLEARLY SHAPED
You do not need to memorize a script or perform for the camera. We prepare the conversation, ask thoughtful questions, and guide the filming so you can speak naturally. Then we shape the strongest moments into a focused story that sounds like you.
ONE CONVERSATION. A LIBRARY OF CONTENT.
A single interview can become a main profile film, topic-based videos, short social clips, campaign messages, podcast content, and website introductions. We plan the session around how your organization intends to use the material, so every answer has a purpose.
FOR PEOPLE WITH SOMETHING MEANINGFUL TO SAY
This service is designed for nonprofit leaders, executives, educators, healthcare professionals, advocates, researchers, artists, entrepreneurs, and specialists who want to communicate with more clarity, credibility, and personality.

What types of leadership and expert videos do you create?
We create leadership profiles, executive messages, expert interviews, founder stories, educational videos, organizational updates, artist profiles, video podcasts, and topic-based content series. Each project is shaped around your audience, message, and communication goals.
Do you help develop the interview questions?
Yes. We work with you to identify the strongest topics, key messages, and questions before filming. During the interview, we also ask follow-up questions that help the conversation feel natural and bring out clearer, more meaningful responses.
Do I need to prepare or memorize a script?
Not usually. We may develop talking points or a message outline, but most interviews work better when the speaker responds naturally rather than memorizing complete answers. For highly specific announcements or sensitive information, we can also work with an approved script or teleprompter. Overly rigid scripting can make executive interviews feel less natural, so the right approach depends on the message.
What if I am not comfortable on camera?
That is completely normal. We prepare you before filming, create a relaxed environment, and guide the conversation one question at a time. You do not need professional speaking or on-camera experience.
Where can the interview be filmed?
We can film at your office, organization, studio, event location, or another setting that supports the story and visual identity. We consider sound, lighting, background, accessibility, and convenience when helping you select the location.
Do you produce video podcasts?
Yes. We provide on-location (only Austin) podcast production, including professional video and audio recording, multi-camera coverage, live streaming, and YouTube broadcasts. We can also edit full episodes and create shorter clips for social media and promotional use.
Do you work outside Austin?
Yes. Click & Frame is based in Austin and works with organizations and professionals across Texas and beyond. Travel and production logistics are clearly included in the project proposal.

What deliverables can be included?
Depending on the project, deliverables may include a primary leadership or expert video, shorter topic-based edits, vertical social clips, podcast-style videos, audio-only files, captions, branded titles, lower-thirds, transcripts, and platform-ready versions. Your proposal will clearly list every final deliverable.
Can one interview session create multiple videos?
Yes. We can plan one focused recording session around several topics and turn the strongest responses into a library of content. This may include a main profile video, individual subject videos, LinkedIn clips, website content, campaign messages, and shorter social edits. Creating modular assets from one interview is a common way to extend the value of a production.
Can the videos be prepared for different platforms?
Yes. We can create landscape, square, and vertical versions based on where the content will be published. Videos can be prepared for websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, presentations, email campaigns, and internal communications.
Are captions and branded graphics available?
Yes. Deliverables may include accurate captions, speaker names, titles, logos, brand colors, introductory graphics, and other visual elements that support clarity and accessibility. Captions and transcripts also make interview content more accessible and easier to reuse and discover.
Can you create an ongoing leadership content series?
Yes. We can develop a repeatable format and production schedule for regular executive updates, expert insights, educational videos, or social content. This allows your organization to build a consistent library of useful content rather than treating each video as a separate project.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the number of speakers, filming locations, final deliverables, graphics, and review process. After the initial consultation, we provide a clear schedule covering preparation, production, editing, feedback, and delivery.
How much does leadership and interview video production cost?
Pricing depends on the filming setup, number of participants, production time, locations, and quantity of final videos. After learning about your goals, we provide a clear proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
Are raw footage and usage rights included?
The proposal will clearly explain the usage rights and whether raw footage or project files are included. Tell us before production if your organization needs the original media so storage, transfer, licensing, and delivery can be properly planned. Raw footage and final deliverables are not always treated the same way, so these terms should be confirmed in writing before production.
